Welcome to the 2024 Convention Registration!

 

TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE OUR MEMBERS WITH ONE OF THE GREATEST CONVENTIONS OUR STATE HAS TO OFFER, WE ARE ENCOURAGING REGISTRATION TO BE COMPLETED ONLINE.

 THIS WILL ALLOW THE PTA TO ACCURATELY PROVIDE HEADCOUNTS FOR BANQUET AND FOOD SERVICES.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO REGISTER ONLINE THERE WILL BE A COMPUTER STATION SETUP AT THE CONVENTION.

MAIL-IN REQUESTS CAN BE SENT BUT MUST BE POSTMARKED BEFORE FEBRUARY 28TH, 2024.

Did you know that you can avoid late convention registration and add your mounts later?

When filling out the convention registration form select "NO" on the "are you competing" question, or just enter the mounts you know that you are bringing.

You can enter mounts later by emailing PATaxidermyWebMaster@Gmail.com before March 1st.

​​

If you miss the March 1st deadline you will still be able to enter additional mounts at the door.

To register for the convention...

You must be a paid PTA member in good standing. If you have never become a member, your membership has run out and you need to renew your membership, or if you are sure of your membership status, you can click the appropriate link below and then after signing up return to this page for your convention registration.

If you are a paid member you will have access to the convention registration homepage under your member login or by clicking the button below. There you will have access to register for the convention, purchase banquet tickets, enter your competition entries, and checkout online.
